Celebrating the release of her new ambient meditation album ‘Darkness and Light’, visionary songstress Wendy Rule guides us on a deep and magical journey through Nature’s cycles. Using the album as a backdrop, Wendy will facilitate an immersive experience incorporating meditation, spell work and ritual.

Through honouring the balance of Darkness and Light in Nature, we can learn to navigate the cycles of change in our own lives, and harness the gifts of both the light and the dark.
